Scott Elwell

Scott Elwell is the Regional Vice President of Sales for the company's offices throughout New England and Westchester. Home grown, Scott was born and raised in Greenwich, CT and rose to become the highest producing agent under 40 in Greenwich. Having mastered the agent landscape for nearly ten years, Scott leverages his personal experience to best serve Elliman agents from Westchester through New England. He prides himself on setting the tone for a progressive operation, allowing agents the flexibility to serve whichever communities they so choose without the constraints of exclusive contracts.

Scott brings an educational and professional background rare in residential real estate. With degrees in both Economics and Computer Science form Trinity College, and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a concentration in Real Estate, Scott offers an innovative academic perspective shared by few in the field. His comprehensive education paired with four years in real estate investment management at Clarion Partners, where he was involved in the acquisition, disposition, and management of portfolios of shopping centers, offices, and hotel properties worth over $20 billion, underscores his elevated approach to and understanding of the industry.

Scott is a marathon runner and an accomplished sailor. He worked for an America's Cup syndicate in the 2000 Cup in New Zealand and is a member of the New York Yacht Club, American Yacht Club and the Stanwich Club. He has two daughters, who attend Greenwich Academy.
