Realty Check: Cut25 Gets A Grand Store

Two trendy retailers are coming to downtown. Designer Yigal Azrouel's Cut25, a lower-priced younger-oriented collection he launched last year, will launch its first freestanding store at 129 Grand St., near the new Mondrian Soho Hotel.
Prudential Douglas Elliman's Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino brokered the deal for the landlord. The Kaufman Group repped the tenant. Consolo said it's a pioneering move to bring designer labels to SoHo area east of Broadway.
