The 34th Street District continues to be a magnet for youth retailers, despite an uncertain economy. Who.A.U., which opened in May, is a hot South Korean chain that sells casual, California-inspired sportswear. Its only other stores are in Stamford, Conn. and Paramus, N.J.
Who A.U. is exclusively represented by the real estate leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino of Prudential Douglas Elliman Retail Group in New York City.
