High-society favorite Tui Pranich, whose clients include the Setai Hotel Residences, started his turnkey design company 25 years ago. The new location at 136 Greene Street will be his first store in New York. "We looked at so many people for this location," Faith Hope Consolo of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Group told The Commercial Observer. Mr. Pranich, she said, "fits so well with the New York lifestyle, where you have to have it now, have it in a minute."
